Poor service by ekart logistic... Gave false assurance and false sms sent, which the courier boy was not aware of. The courier boy communicated with me and didn't deliver the package giving one or the other excuses. Moreover sent false report and defaming the company name. SMS sent by the company that due to unavoidable circumstances, package cannot be delivered today, we will deliver next day. Whereas the delivery boy sent the report that delivery cancelled. Wow!!! What a service.
