Very bad experience with a popular brand like Blue Dart. I had ordered an item online and it was shipped by the supplier via Blue Dart. I was trying to call Blue Dart customer care number multiple times but I did not any proper response or connectivity with a proper executive who could reply me the status of my order parcel delivery status. The shipment was showing received at local Blue Dart hub in my locality but they were not delivering it. Finally I had to go the local Blue Dart hub and I had to fetch my order parcel personal in my car. This was a bizzare experience with Blue Dart.

The most inconvenient thing is the location is marked completely incorrect on the map, it's almost 2-3 kilometres apart from the marked location, also there is no contact number to reach this outlet to ask for directions. Please update the accurate information on Google maps, how else then someone would reach here. When i asked the guy sitting on the desk for a contact number so I can suggest an update on Google Maps so people can call and get the correct location, he said 'there is a toll free number, use that'. Wow, great logic, to call the IVR and get the location of a random store. Really pathetic! I have suggested the edit for the correct location on Maps, if I would have got a contact number I would have added that as well.

Bluedart is doing fraud to ppls. Not delivering the packages many times taking money and raising the request that door is closed without calling and coming to home. Raised request many times in customer care and mail also but no response becuase they just want to take more money and parcel is at inception location only.
