I had the worst experience from this courier service. I didn't receive my parcel worth 6k and They kept telling me that they had delivered the parcel 15 days back to the watchman without any proof or sign or any OTP and they didn't send any confirmation after delivery and falsely informed the website that watchman cnfrmed the delivery which he told them clearly that he is not responsible for any delivery and because of that I lost my refund too from the website

Had worst experience. They kept me waiting for more than half an hour because their system didn't work. Tried to process my order from Bodi, and still failed as the bill had wrong addresses. The shipment address was pointing to Uttar Pradesh. I was frustrated and asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount. The worst thing was I was the only customer the whole time and still they couldn't process the order. Time for them to shut down their services. Won't even give half star for their pathetic service.
