Inspite of having the ordered product with them, they didn't deliver and automatically cancelled the order. Person called madhu called successively for 2 days in the evening and requested for the delivery the next morning. Third morning they automatically cancel the order. Even this 1 star is given since there is no option for minus rating.

Worst service. I had mobile and backcase to be delivered. The delivery guy got only backcase and forgot to bring the phone. But the status is updated as "Customer not reachable". Which is totally a bluff For their mistakes, they conveniently update the status as customer not reachable

Very bad experience. You should allow to give 0 star, its' that bad. Was supposed to receive product between 22nd-24th May. They sent message on 24th May morning twice that mobile will be delivered today but they didn't deliver. When I called flipkart they don't know actual reason. Other logistics companies at least send contact number of delivery boy, that was also not sent. On EKart website there is no 'contact us' option which will have contact number to inquire. The product is in my town itself since 36hours but still not delivered to me which is unbelievable. It must be somewhere in 1-2 km from my address.
