Worst service . I had ordered mi phone from flipkart on flash sale for exchange. My Old exchangeable phone was like a brand new. The delivery person dint get any reason to reject the old phone. finally he rejected for minor scratches on the back ( which usually happens in all the phones even if u keep it on the table ). i would give zero stars if i had a chance. I will never order from flipkart and ekart is the worst !

I ordered an mi phone via their flash sale and my old phone was not taken back as they said it has a minor scratch on the side bezel which is so tiny and almost not visible.the delivery boy was very rude to me .ill never recommend this service and I request ekart to take strict action.
