The WORST delivery service ever experienced. The delivery person will not call or attempt delivery at you address. They will just update that customer was not available. They update everything on their own without even contacting the customer. If any customer has made payment online already then be sure that you won't receive your products and it will be returned. Unprofessional to the core. Big brands like NYKAA and others should stop using them as their delivery partner. It in return spoils the reputation of those companies.

The most pathetic logistics provider any company should be tied up with.They don't answer calls and lie that the customer wanted an open delivery, later delivery or customer not available. The best part if there is no proof and they don't call customers to confirm anything. It's been 15 days since i received my product. They are disgusting, pathetic, zero customer interaction, zero customer service and absolutely no sense of responsibility. Shut this company down before they start losing customers .

This is the worst company for logistics. And the customer support team is much worser than that. Fake delivery attempts, Rude customer service, before shutting the company shut down the customer support team because they are useless. They only read the script how may I assist you and is there anything else other than that they don't know what to say. Shut it down and get lost.

Why are they in this business when they don’t want to do. They Never deliver the order and no one showed up or called me. and now the package is returned back to seller for which I have always paid. Worst and disgusting courier service in world!! Never even opt their service if you don’t want to waste time and your hard earned money.

Very bad..... It's been a week my product reached Bangalore but they haven't bothered to deliver the product to me....... They lie saying customer not available, customer wants open delivery, wrong delivery address etc etc...... Complaint to Customer service three times but they didn't don't anything.
