False delivery by currier boy - I have not received the consignment and it is showing delivered to me in tracking on 12 March 2022 at 11:14. I was present in home and no one has come to deliver the consignment. It is a false delivery. Blue Dart Chandrasekharpur always doing false delivery and many of my consignments are missing. They never call and take advantage of contact less delivery during Covid as no signature is necessary. Very poor service by Blur Dart Chandrasekharpur unit. M Ray

I have faced same problem 2nd time. They never call us or give their contact number so that we can contact them. I think the delivery boy never come to deliver only messaging "attempted" . Any currier generally call the customer or they may inform the number of the person who will be deputed for delivery. In case we are out of residence due to any reason can talk and manage timing. Very important documents/materials are not delivered due to their negligence.

This branch of the courier service Blue Dart in the district centre area of Bhubaneswar is located at a prime place but lacks proper parking space. The branch is also under staffed and service is late because of that. Hopefully, this particular one is an franchise of the company but the company needs to be careful while selecting a franchise/partner.

Worst experience! While delivering they won't call u twice. I failed to pick the call once n when I called back delivery man said he's far from the address n he'll re deliver which never came. Called him again but never picked the call. 1st of all they don't have a phone no. To reach them so I had to go to the office n search for my product. Wondered if its courier service of speed post(even speed post is better) Literally worst of the worst courier service.
