They don't call the customer , visit their place for delivery and update with wrong information in the delivery status as " delivery attempt failed or customer rejected" when customer didn't even reject the product itself. This is totally not acceptable from a renowned courier company. Plz improve your service.

My Mi.com parcel has come to Tiruvannamalai town on 10May as per ekart tracking website & no attempt to delivery yet till 21May20. Unable to get any ekart help as all their customer care numbers listed & even their Koramangala head office numbers are coming as dead or invalid. All email addresses are bouncing. Have not encountered a more unprofessional courier service.

Pathetic service. Ordered few things from TATAcliq and they delivered it through Ekart. The products were originally in Bangalore. But it went to Surat and had to come back to Bangalore. It is in Bangalore from past few days but I haven't received it yet. It has crossed the confirmed delivery date a long time ago. No costumer care number on their website. I Googled and got numbers, but no response when I called those numbers. So now I have lost all my hopes on getting it, as I can't find any way to contact them.

If pin code 581206 is not serviceable area then do not take order and you guys least bother about village people everyone from Ekart want salary but not to go and work.in this situation I appreciate Ecom express today I received product from Amazon via Ecom express attaching screen shot.but Ekart courier guy(wish master) and manager behave asoff owner or founder of Flipkart. Pathetic service I don’t even like to give 1 star for this services, Not even 1phone number is working all are incorrect numbers . No response to customer. Booked the phone in Flipkart and already reached Electroncity hub from vendor at morning 10:34 AM not even single update after that and not even picked out for delivery 📦 when trying to reach customer care no response.
