I had recently ordered a led desk lamp. The promise date was 1st September. When I tracked my order on 2nd September, I saw that it was being shipped again from New Delhi. I want to ask Ekart that when my product reached the hub nearest to me on 1st September then why they are again shipping my product from New Delhi. More annoying thing is that my product is still at New Delhi. I live in Bansberia. Ekart, please manage to deliver my product before 9th September as soon as possible. I have also ordered a webcam and the promise date is 14th September. Its my ernest request Ekart, please deliver the webcam before 9th September because its very very very very important for the product to reach me before 9th. Please try to understand my concern and deliver the webcam before 9th. If it will not be delivered before 9th then I will be forced to write a very negative comment regarding ekart. I am satisfied with the working procedure of Ekart because they are always fast but not this time. When the product is required the most, they are very late. Again I am requesting you, please deliver it before 9th anyhow. Please............... 😔😔

Yeah they are good, fast service, on time, good management. No issues. But one of the 'wishmaster' is just next level ! Once I had a replacement but he denied it because the company name is not written on the packaging! 😂😂 When I checked the product it was clearly written there. I don't know what's wrong with him 🤥
