I know they have a bad reputation but that maybe because those who get delivery on time don't review. I have read so many reviews and was ready to wait 3-4 days then expected but they delivered on the promised date also the delivery boy have gone to extra mile as I have not picked his call due to being in class the guy came back again and delivered within a hour. Keep up the good work I guess they only delay Bank stuff.

Rubbish service does not come to deliver any delivery, falsely writes that there was no one on the address. My purse was returned by years I did VAT all day. No one came or called. When you do not have to give delivery, then stop why are you getting upset unnecessarily.

Anytime I place an order, if I am informed that my courier is coming through blue dart, I get upset. Reason- BLUE DART IS THE WORST. Since my house is not centrally located, my parcels ALWAYS r delivered late or sent back. Yesterday, I got a call from them to ask where exactly my house is located. I made sure someone was available to take the delivery. Even the guards at the security gate were informed. At the end of the day, no courier and tracking details show undelivered as premises were closed. Very convenient...blame the customer. LAZY STAFF, INCOMPETENT SERVICES, NO WORK ETHICS.

I had a shipment to delivery but the delivery boy was so rude and irresponsible in terms of talking i asked him to wait for 2 min and he said I don’t have time and left the place In terms of services most non professional attitude The boy sounded like he doing me a favour by getting me my parcel I don’t know why these kind of people are hired for the job At least blue dart should a give a basic training to their staff of how to talk over a phone call I never expected such a disgraceful behaviour from a person of such a company

Very bad service. Customer care number always busy. Wrong information updated in tracking, they do not visit the location and just update that consignee not available or shifted or whatever they wish to update. Useless courier service opted by banks for their delivery of valuable items for which customer has to bear with the nonsense of such courier partners.

I was supposed to receive an item yesterday (January 25, 2022) via Blue Dart Whose Waybill No is 39198605541. I was neither contacted for delivery nor did any delivery person come to my address for delivery. After that yesterday (January 25, 2022) at 6:32 PM a wrong status was entered by the delivery person that the "Consignee Not Available". This is not the first time and I faced this issue earlier also. After reading the reviews about Blue Dart on google, I came to know that It happens frequently with mostly people. Vary pathetic services by blue dart. PS: Hello Blue Dart, If you can not deliver the courier and mention false statements on status then you must close your business so other genuine courier businesses can grow up.
