I had a highly disappointing experience with Bluedart's delivery service. Instead of delivering the items to my address, they chose to keep them at their office and insisted that I collect them personally. This inconvenience was frustrating and unacceptable, leaving me with a diminished opinion of their service. As a customer, I expect reliable delivery, and this incident has severely impacted my confidence in Bluedart. I hope they address these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.

Send some important documents from this office. Entire documents were in a very bad state when delivered to the recipient. Pathetic handeling of priority courier. I won't recommend Bluedart to anyone.

Great service. Went there to dispatch a laptop. Staff explained the procedure and they helped to pack the item even provided bubble wrap and tapes to cover. I will recommend visiting them for courier services and would use them in future in courier service needs

Got a call from the staff for collection of UK visa. I went there with identity card and VFS provided receipt. Everything was fine. Lady on the reception is very polite. I recommend this place.
