Extremely disappointed with the horrible levels of service. The numbers they share in sms for Bahadurgarh is always incorrect. There is no means to contact the delivery guy or courier centre in Bahadurgarh because of lack of information in public domain. The delivery sms keeps coming out for delivery day after day but shipment is not delivered. The head office at customer care is also extremely unprofessional and rude. The agent doesn’t know how to resolve queries and help with resolution. Would advice customers and businesses against using their service.

You guys are not doing justification to ur work ...leave your work and sit at your places if you don't wanna work...there are too many companies here who are delivering at time...but this particular company xpressbess can't be able to do delivery on time...every time you are having 100 of excuses to not do your work...so close ur company and give the opportunities to the people who want to do work. DISAPPOINTED
