I visited this place to parcel my Apple M1 MacBook Air, it is indeed expensive. But it belongs to my company, inFeedo. The staff and the account manager helped me a lot to ship it to Bangalore. It was a hassle-free process. I should thank them. I was in a helpless situation but their experience and wit helped me a lot to ship my laptop. The counter is well organized. Shipping is neatly managed. All the shipments are carefully handled. Every parcel you have here is handled like a baby. No worries about damage to your products. This is what I love about the product. Also, they will guide you with all the necessary steps and drive you through an error-free process. Thanks to the account manager! Parking space available. Air-conditioned room. Godown is clean and neat. The surrounding is neat. The staff is well behaved. Good. The service BlueDart itself is tremendous. I'm really surprised at how they shipped costly equipment with utmost care and concern. Thank you, BlueDart!

Worst experience. They called me once asking for address. After that for 10 days they did not deliver the courier. I had to call them 4 times asking when it will be delivered. They just kept postponing and never delivered the package. They just returned the package saying customer is unavailable. Worst and careless service.

As consignment was important I came to Mysore Hebbal office but no proper information is provided about consignment. I don't know how they give manager post to this person. He don't know how to talk with customers, they came to deliver parcel on weekend when there is no office to the office location and he is expecting me to come there collect. I said today I cant come and he is like then he will return the courier then I asked him to wait for some time I will come he is like I cant wait, Then again I gave another option that I will come monday and request him to give parcel before 11 am as have office by 12. He so adamant that he will give only at 1 pm. Worst experience with very less commonsense person, I dont recomed blue dart particularly this location.

I don't know whats wrong with the Blue dart delivery center here. I received a parcel back in March 2018 and the shipment arrived from Chennai. It was an imported helmet I ordered from Spartan pro website. The agent dropped the helmet box while handing it over to me. And he said sorry for what he has done and walked away. Pathetic... Absolutely pathetic service and staff.
