In the month of May 5th, 1998 I would like to send my passport urgently to Bombay, Blue dart only helped but DHL refused. Bluedart changed my life by delivering my pasort on time to overseas services and make my future bright in getting an assignment in Kuwait

Good thing about blue dart is, they are more reliable but the bad thing is too much delay in delivery. occasionally they deliver on the promised date. Need to follow-up heavily through emails, raising complaints etc. One more specific issue to mention is , if they cannot deliver, they put door locked / premises closed etc in their tracker, which i don't expect from a reputed courier. I have seen this with other small couriers.

They scheduled delivery for next day with same wrong address.. Even delivery man also not calling me.. How can i get my parcel? Really got tensed. One of the worst delivery service provider..I ordered a Samsung mobile phone and they didn't deliver it to my destination and never even called me that it has reached their station. I went on my own to check for updates and found the item was there for 2 days and they even didn't inform me regarding this. Second time, I ordered a PC controller and was never able to get it when I came to know that it is being delivered by blue dart. Useless service. We are not able to contact them and they never respond to our emails. I would give a zero to their delivery service.
