Very poor dealing with customers. They are a big hub and are very busy. Hardly any time to attend to customers or answer the query. A curt reply, that there is no guarantee of exact date of delivery, and when asked how can I be assured of a guaranteed of delivery date, they asked me to call up the customer care.

Blue dart in Kolkata is always a pain to deal with. Late deliveries, several calls, poor customer service, no follow ups. We run a book distribution service, and for domestic services, even the Indian post is better than blue dart.

It's the biggest courier in the country just for name sake. If you want to try and contact them you will go through hell. There's one number for all addresses and it's unresponsive. Another number is there online but you'll need to call hundreds of times to get a response from them

Delivery service is very poor. Before delivering the package delivery person never contact with the person whom they are supposed to deliver the package. Delivery schedule is very poor. They think that, we don't have any other work to do. Whenever they will come we have to be there in place to receive the package.

I tried so many times to them but no one picked my phone, one of my very important work missed dur to there negligence, my package was out for delivery but i havent receive a single call from them nor they are picking, in this world of technology tgey have the people who dont even know how to use a mobile, and one of the worst part of bluedart is they dont have a working customer service number
