Oh no, there's no way to give ZERO rating. Dear Xpressbees, Please close your company if you can't deliver the orders. Everyday you just sends false messages that "CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILBLE". Only lies were delievered to me over messages instead of my parcel. It's not just about me but many people are facing same problems. please check the other reviews too!!!!!

Vicky Ghorpade person is the main reason of this shemless firm is degrading on daily basis. Behaviour is not good, I was available on delivery location but he didn't give my parcel also insult me on call ,if he don't know how to deliver the product then why he doing job in xpressbees and one day this xpressbees will close because of this person.. Next time if my parcel coming from xpressbees then I will cancel my order because not getting insulted again from this xpressbees..

Terrible experience. Waiting for my parcel since 5-6days. Everyday I get a message saying it CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILBLE. delivery by stating that I have requested to reschedule it! Pathetic! No one answers the customer service telephone numbers. The service is BAD!! I received a message on 7 Apr 2022 around 11 AM IST that my parcel (valued at ~4000 INR has been delivered). I was home and had not received the parcel, nor any call from delivery agent to locate my address. The customer help desk number is kind of useless as it says we will call back which never happens I Googled the address of the nearest center n went there around 2:30 PM The team looked up for the Order id and said the item is delivered. Hence i asked for the delivery person who was responsible for the order. The delivery person gave multiple reasons - My App stopped working when i reached your place. The security guard didnt call your intercom. The parcel is with me i will give you. Meanwhile the person who had sent me the parcel had managed to get in touch with the customer center via their Mumbai office n was told that against the Receipt where the recipient signs, the delivery guy had just put a dash and updated the status to delivered in the morning itself. Based on this experience i dont think its a professional service. I do not know if i would have been lucky to receive the parcel had I not gone the same day to enquire at their office. Knowing the local language helped a bit as these people know their tricks to fool customers Also now that i read the reviews here, i understand im not the only one, many people have faced similar issue.
