Very poor service. Delivery executive didn't picked the phone even after calling for the entire day and not called back also. Logged a customer compliant in their site and it's promised that a call back within short time. But didn't received a call even after 24 hrs. No contact number available in website or Google to contact the branch address.

There is not even an iota of responsibility.Delivery executive will not attend call. Even once the phone call is not picked up. Very bad service. If the courier calls us for delivery, if for some reason we do not answer the call. Hitting return without any notice is not polite

As a partner of AJIO this is one of the worst companies they could select as their delivery partner. Not delivered my product yet. And also mimicking to deliver my product. Calling me and hanging up. Sending me messages that product couldn’t be delivered because i was not present at time of delivery. Sending me fake feedback form links so I wouldn’t post a negative response. Y do u even exist as a courier service!!! Product deliver chyenda pakse dont fool your customers. I also offered to even pick my product from your warehouse apo phone cut chyum. entovadeyy

When I checked the tracking, I could find that my parcel arrived at Kottayam ( Kerala) on 30th August. I haven’t received any calls or I haven’t asked for a future delivery. Everyday I will get the text message saying it will be delivered today and it’s not been delivered yet. I’m really disappointed as I’m waiting for the parcel to arrive for the past 6 days. The worst part is that in your tracking, it’s written as I have asked for a future delivery 😑 I had send an enquiry in the tracking portal and tried calling your customer service several times, no one has picked up the phone. It’s already 1 week after getting it in the town. Kindly do the needful for the same. At least provide with a contact number of Kottayam branch. Also, ask your team to contact me before writing I had asked for a future delivery. I even tried mailing this but still no response! I need my parcel

Normally other courier guys will call me and ask for location and they will tell they don't deliver in that zone. I am an NRI and I know there's no such thing in courier business . I use to go to there office and collect it. If I make any orgument they will simply send my consignment back to origin and they will report door lock. This happened several time in kottayam and still continuing. But still thease guys delivered me promptly great.
