This is DHL courier main branch located at JayaNagar 3rd block near around 200meter distance from HP fuel station, here they will accept couriers toPay and already paid for the couriers, usually courier will be dispatched only in the evening after 4:00pm hence you can track your courier only by next day.

Worst service. They never ever deliver. Always tell ADDRESS NOT FOUND. If the address is not found....at least you could call the number given on the cover and enquire!!! Pathetic service... Worst service.. They will never deliver ur courier on time.. My home is around 3km from blue dart office but then also they don't deliver on time.. They always have some excuse..the delivery boy does not know where to deliver..n before delivery they don't even call that whether u r at home or not.. So please don't choose blue dart u will never receive ur courier on time.

This is the worst branch of blue dart in Bangalore. 90% of staff is so stupid not able to find address es updated on google maps too.They keep ur parcels for two three days extra before delivering and this courier service is becoming the worst day by day even in metro cities too

Pathetic service. The shipment was from DEL to BRL. They kept the shipment for 3 days in bangalore itself before delivering. The warehouse and delivery address are merely 3 km apart .

If you want to test your patience, use bludart. They never deliver on time, always have excuses & most importantly think they can do what they want. It takes them more than 2 days to deliver a a shipment which weighs about 300 grams from their Jayanagar centre to my house (which is about 4 km away). Really amazing. Tracking details are never accurate & they update crap. ex transit time for a bluedart executive between my house & bluedart, Jayanagar (which is about 4 km away from bludart Jayanagar) & return back to his office is less than 30 min. Do you think its even possible in bangalore peak hour traffic? Is the executive so familiar with my house that he does not feel its necessary to call? Finally they update consignee not available (when i am available at home). Amazing service. Learn something from Amazon Or flipkart about delivery & reliability.

Crap service! DTDC should be the choice. The Package was out for delivery at 12:30 this afternoon from Jayanagar. I stay 1.5 km from this hub, now its 4:30pm and haven't received it yet. When I call their customer care number, the guy was arrogant and disconnected the call.

I have had a very bad experience with Bluedart Express Courier service. The Service is so pathetic and the staff is so fool that they sent a delivery person 4 times to my address and though they didnt deliver it. I had explicitly told them again and again that please call me on delivery but they didnt listen and never called me on delivery for 4 times they sent a delivery person. I am not GOD that i will know automatically when a delivery person will arrive to my address and i am not supposed to identify him automatically. Also they have made many false commitments so many times to me about the delivery and had failed to fulfill the commitments. Also Bludart doesnt provide any details like nearest branch's phone number and all. Even if they would have provided that details i could have contacted them and would have got my courier by reaching their office. But no they just provide customer care numbers and customer care executives are also denying to give the numbers of local offices. It is very important for me to get the courier and still i havent got that at the point of time i am writing this. I would just say Bluedart is worst , pathetic, fools and services should never be used.
