Its very disappointing that even though providing prefect address they don't know the location. The delivery agent denied that he didn't knw the most important landmarks where my house is located. They don't know civil lines, the don't know court nor regional transport office.

Not a single star deserves, don't answers the calls, switched off their cell after repeated calls, there is no priority given to the customers. Only doing business, don't care about customer service. No response even after notify in the morning and still no response. Should be permanently closed. No use. Not a single customer wants such service. Strongly disappointed.

Pathetic Services. First of all, they don't read the address properly. then they would not care enough to make a call and understand the address after reaching at a wrong destination. And then, after I made the call, they will give you another date for delivering the parcel. This has been the case always with Blue Dart Services.

On waking distance from shivaji chowk. . 500m from Wardha post office. Walk toward jail road and take left towards Nagpur road shivaji chowk. Blue dart office on left
