Absolutely bad service. Ekart is running on the basis of flipkart there is no point. Delivery boy does not understand his responsibility. He does not even know whether I have come with an order or not. After calling 5 to 6 times, it is told that sir your order is there but I do not have it. is at the warehouse. The number is provided only when the scan is done. Just sitting to make an owl. Pad orders deliver even more delays. It means limit. What are you for, the whole system is your mess. What a condemnable act of ekart, And there is no other service number either. Talk about it and find a solution.

Order reaches From Gurgaon to Agra in 1 day. But this useless Agra hub keeps rescheduling the delivery and ultimately cancel the order ( citing fake reasons like product damaged.) The real reason behind their pathetic service is lack of staff. Their delivery boys are underpaid and overworked. This flipkart scam can never be as good and reliable as Amazon.

Very bad service. Behaviour of courier boy is very rude and unprofessional. I am waiting for my consignment which was to be delivered on or before 12.10.2022. But till date not delivered. When I contacted to delivery boy he assured to deliver on 13.10.2022 and surprisingly he told that the consignment be delivered at 6.PM. But when the item was not delivered till date and time then I am continuously trying to reach him but he is not picking my call now.

I ordered products on 7may 2022 , which should have been delivered by 11 may 2022 but still didn't receive. I called more than twice to ecomexpress delivery customer executive they told it will be delivered within 3 days , i waited for 4 days but still didn't receive. till now it is showing soon to be out of delivery. Later i called to flipkart they are still saying it will take 5-6 more working days but still not sure will be delivered it not.This is my worst experience with flipkart. Not sure in future i'll buy anything from flipkart or not.. Very annoying
