Very very poor service. My shipment reached at your courier branch on 22.10.22 but they not deliver my shipment to me the promised date after this when i personally go to their branch office then they said we not given your courier to you at this time because our delivery time is off now and their behaviour is also very rude with me. Then they said you come tomorrow morning and we provide the same to you and i again visit your blue dart branch on 23.10.22 but this time they said your courier is not found this time at our branch. They told me you could wait for some time and i sit their office atleast 3 to 4 hours but at the last they again said sir your courier is not found their. They said when your courier found then we inform you after this i came my home. And in the evening around 5 p.m i again go to their branch but there is no one to attend me. Only security gard there and i told him also this matter but he also not help me regarding this

The worst Delivery Agency in India. The Ambala Agency should be blacklisted. After receiving the parcel they never try to deliver it. And they return back to the origin by stating that delivery address is incomplete. They will never reflect their contact number anywhere
