Worst service from Blue Dart Bilimora, first this guys should be trained how to talk to customer. He even didn’t call me when my currier reached to Bilimora, without calling customer he returned my parcel to Delhi. When I called he said every time he will do same way as service not available to your area. At least He should call customer to pickup from blue dart office. If service is not available than why blue dart is taking the parcel and send from hub. They should deny if this service is not available. Looking for positive reply from Blue Dart

local guy rude and not giving service as company policy, booked document package for london via telephone customer care, bluedart guy rudely told book from here we giving service or else come and drop, called customer care again they told bluedart will come my house but no one came, waited till evening no body came to my house for pickup i called bluedart to collect they told no person if any one there we will send or else tomorrow or you come and drop finally i go to give cover 4 employe were working , i asked worker there why you not send , he angrly told mind your business give cover and go or book in another company was urgent so i gave , again i never book here i book in fedex now , bad service and big liar
