Blue dart office is located in panchkula. Their service is good. Moreover they provide envelopes also for couriers. Service and staff is excellent. You can courier from their office directly and pay in cash, by card or Google pay. They have premium services also for critical documents like passport and important documents as per your needs. The parking space is quite nice in the open area. The office is located on the ground floor.

If they cannot deliver to 134204. Area then why you pick up the parcel. Mujhe pta tha ye delivery nahi krenge to mai kl lene gya parcel to unhone kaha kal aajayega aapke paas raipur rani. Aur hum aapko yha haath me parcel nahi de skte.. then agle din unhone vapis kr dia bolke ki out of delivery area.... Atleast call to kro aur koi lene aaya h to dedo usko.... You loosers

The worse courier company ever. All their delivery guys are frauds and do delays and cancellations without even trying to deliver. Never opt for bluedart if you want your deliveries to happen on time or want dem to be delivered at all. Biggest frauds in courier industry. Plus no response on customer ,emails . If you loose your product den consider it gone because there wud be no response for customer care.

The operations staff is good and that is the only silver lining. The actual delivery TATs were much higher than promised, and much higher than. competing courier firms. We were charged rates that were considerably higher than what we were promised by the sales staff. They even confiscated our security deposit and haven't returned it after 6 months. Do not recommend dealing with this company or this branch.

Worst service by the team. If the parcel is out of delivery area they even not bother to inform the customer regarding the parcel. Even after 5days received at destination today I personally collected the material Even at the time of delivery they are asking about the Material inside the parcel to track the parcel at panchkula hub. I personally recommend not to use blue dart us other courier services.

The package was delivered in good condition but the delivery experience was bad. The agent delivered the important package with work documents at 9 in the night after multiple calls. And kept saying if you want it early then come to mohali and things like that. Horrible experience.

Had bad experience.. on one occasion, no one courier boy called and informed that packet will be delivered next day and I got the sms that I was not available at home.. On second occasion, packet was delivered but getting the msg time and again that packet was not delivered as I was again not available.. Disgusting..
