Worst delivery partner.They always keep embargo on goods.They don't show any of the executive contact details.I hav ordered an iphone form nirmal and the delivery address is the same. They deliver it to Mancherial ,Nizamabad etc but not Nirmal.And the customer care won't work.Even after having talk with the executive they ask us to receive the delivery in Nizamabad,Mancherial which they say it is nearby to nirmal.I don't recommend as I have experinced.

Worst guys, don’t even know how to speak with customer, very disgusting and rude behavior, not at all professionalism, behaved badly and liars, they updated the status as out for delivery and asking money for auto expenses for delivery which they promised as door to door service. After waiting for 7 hours and came to know as they lie to me and update the status as out for delivery , I personally went to shop and got my shipment want to rate 1 out of 10. Specially Pankaj Singh behaved worst with us.

Very bad service!! My package still hasnt arrive after 2 weeks. Nobody answers my mails and nobody tells me where my package is!! They told me the shipping time will be 2 to 3 days and very rude behaviour of delivery boys and poor management..!

This place is hard to identify. No name board available. I went to receive a courier early morning at 9.00AM but shop was not open. Upon enquiring at nearby shop, came to know that it opens by 11.00AM. My parcel wasn't delivered at the mentioned address and no intimation was done via phone. It was mentioned like customer not available at delivery location when I tried to track my parcel. Poor service.
