One of the most useless service we have in town. No calls from the delivery team about orders being nearby. Updates consignee not available when in the region. Why do you even exist. Bloody management, please bloody look at the reviews. I cant use any foul language here, but you should imagine the worst possible words coming out right now about this useless delivery. I will rate this as 100/100 for customer dissatisfaction... Freaking useless service.

Worst service ever!!!! I ordered a product from Nykaa which was to be delivered to me via Blue dart and it was prepaid. But on the day of delivery, the delivery guy did not call me, did not ask for the OTP that i have received which was supposed to be needed to securely deliver my shipment and at night i received a msg stating that my shipment has been delivered! The guy gave my order to someone else and I'm the one who suffered the loss and because they don't provide the delivery agent's contact number, i don't have any way of knowing where my parcel is and none of the customer care number is working. Blue dart is the most irresponsible courier service which does not deserve even 1 star.

One of the worst courier service provider. They never deliver on the day you receive a message for delivery. I gave my office address and it always get undelivered and the remarks they gave for not delivering is “Consignee not available” and by the way my office is around 500 meters from theirs. They deserve ZERO star rating.

DHL and(or) Blue Dart service is sloppy and horrible. We sent a parcel for urgent delivery paying hefty amounts to DHL, Pune. The envelope is pending for delivery within Shillong for 5 days now. It reached Shillong on 8th July and is still undelivered NEVER USE DHL or BLUE DART.
