Xpressbee is big time fraud. I'm trying to connect with customer care, I had been to thane office still I haven't received my parcel. Everyday I have been following up with them. Really disappointed with the service. Even after reaching the office there don't give the parcel and promise to deliver next day to the address and then there stop answering calls

Not at all professional. Does not deserve even a single star. The delivery guy refused to deliver the order and wanted me to come and pick the order from his location. When I denied, he cancelled the order by himself mentioning incomplete address. Would not recommend and would never use their services. If they cannot hire good delivery executives, they should close their business.

Very Third class cheap service, even after showing out for delivery the product is not delivered, they are not even receiving the call. Guys do complain this third class company to consumer protection court , this type of company should be shutdown.

Worst service i have ever seen. Sent couple of emails. No reply.. . I' tried to connect with customer care.as well more than 15 days but still not received my parcel.

Very poor services. Sending msg of otp, but they cant deliver on same day. They are sending false msg like customer is not available, refuse to accept, want late delivery.etc.seller are requested pls dont deal with them, as they dont have any proper services.
