There no option for 0 hence 1 star, service of logistic was good 5 star , but the product delivered was not upto mark hence made a return request it was approved , pick up person came & m still awaiting an otp for pickup 2 dYs & it says ur registered number is different which I don't from where flipkart managed & while delivery of prdt sms comes on my same number but return no sms on d number for approval of return they send otp on email & while pickup no otp on email nor on my number. Pickup person say it happens with all customers delivery time otp comes but return pickup it doesn't. Customer care number is just IVR no one to speak to. It's a pure cheating & fraud .

1:) Poor way of issue resolution, no contact numbers, no mechanism for on time dispatch even when website says Out for Delivery past 24 Hours. 2:) Truly unreliable while you need to travel via flight with the shipment you were interested to take as a gift.

Delivery window by Ekart Flipkart is way too wide. It means they give you a Delivery window of 14 hours, don't update their status regularly and call centre mentions the same story which you see online. Lousy experience and handling by Ekart.

I have given them a star because there is no option for half star. First of all can't find a prime address in Borivali. My parcel is on out for delivery status since the 6th of July. You can't even reach them as there is no way to contact them. Pathetic Service and no professionalism. Also the few five star rating I think are the employees themselves. No one in the right mind will give this awful Logistics company a good rating.
