Our clinic had ordered some materials from Dentalkart, which is an online platform for dental equipment. The items were picked up from New Delhi on 13th October. On the 29th of October, which is over 2 weeks later, I received a SMS at 9.30 pm that the parcel was out for delivery. 16 days to reach from New Delhi to Thane! Is this an Express courier or a slow coach? Looks like the Xpress Bees stopped midway to check out some flowers for a fortnight. Anyway, it gets worse. On Sunday, 30th October, I got a SMS saying that delivery was attempted but I wasn't available to take the parcel. Total fabrication! I was very much at the delivery location. Tried calling the assigned courier guy's number, but he didn't bother to answer my calls and later on started to give a busy tone everytime I called. I was very angry, so in spite of the Xpress Bees office at Kothari Compound showing Sunday closed on Google, I decided to go find the place at least so that I could go on Monday and give them a piece of my mind. Surprisingly, the place was open. I confronted the courier boy who was assigned to my parcel there. Initially he started giving excuses that his phone was at home. When I asked him whether it was his father or mother who made the fake attempted delivery entry, he kept quiet. Another employee there said that they make fake attempted delivery entries if the workload is too much. After a small argument, I made them search for my parcel, hand it over and left. So there you have it. This is the level of professionalism in this company. I am not going to order products from any online platform delivering via Xpress Bees. Cos they are so useless, they give hardworking bees a bad name. Don't ever deal with these incapable and careless people.
