I am having worst experience with this logistics every time i order something from flipkart i have to go to this logistics place and they will say to come in the evening, if i go in the evening they will say to come on the next day to collect my parcel. Atleast they should handover my parcel to me when i was roaming around them but they won’t do that. On one day after all this has happened they will say your parcel was lost. The flipkart customer service was also not responsive. The ekart logistics staff of this seetharam nagar hub is purely irresponsible and the security guards behave like managers. These people are completely frauds.

Worst ekart logistics ever, the most lazy employees and they don't even deliver to lakshmipuram which is the heart of the city, i mean centre. So raise and give as many bad reviews as possible so that these guys lose their franchise and at least guntur gets any new franchise from Ekart. I have ordered a total of 6 products till date and 3 of them are exchange products purchasing nothing phone1. Every time you shud go and collect from the logistic centre which is located far far from the city that is autonagar area. So don't even hesitate to RANT at them for creating inconvenience. THEY ARE JUST DOING THIS BCOZ THEY DONT HAVE SCRUTINY like no direct complaint portal for customers to lodge a complaint not even a direct complaint mail ID

One of the worst logistics I have come across. The staff is very rude and the staff had the worst behaviour. They even deny to deliver the order and threaten you that they will cancel your order and send back to the sender.If only one wants to loose their peace of mind then they shd choose this as a service. Also the 1 star rating is only to enable the post button in the review(don't think it even deserves that).
