I have complain regarding the deliver boy who gave his name as Suraj…Firstly this boy doesn’t have sense to talk to customers..I called him nearly 5times but didn’t pick up and when he picked up 6th time he says that the area where the delivery is to be made is not his area so explain the address to which I explained also and asked till what time will he reach on that he started using abusing language and asked me to not call again…I mean my parcel and you are suppose to deliver and this attitude?? How do you people keep such person who doesn’t even know how to talk to customers? And this man later have told xpressbess that the address is incomplete so he couldn’t deliver…he is not even answering the calls and told to not call him again…I have to register complain against this boy and even xpressbess regarding same
