Worst experience. My parcel was out for delivery yesterday morning. I tried calling the delivery executive about 30 times. It rang but he never received the call. Also my product was not delivered yesterday. Today, when I called him about 10 times, he received and asked me to go to the office and pick the parcel up. Very worst experience with ekart. eKart is involved doing fraud by third party sellers who are delivering waste items to the customer. They are collecting payments on behalf of these third party sellers who are cheating people with waste products. Myself ordered an item of Rs.899/- but after paying such amount to eKart, i found waste items - teared old cloth pieces. Even there is no support number eKart is available anywhere. They refused to initiate return.
