Caution: Mostly fake sellers users eKart because eKart does not have customer support who assists with the concern who are external sellers (unauthorized sellers). If you have purchased any product outside FLIPKART and your order has been delivered by eKart which means now you will be stuck in getting the refund. Ekart will only assist 100% who purchases products from Flipkart. They have other policy for external sellers ( who does not use FK platform to sell their products) which is, if you visit eKart Hub, raise a fraud complain with Hub supervisor or manager they will get your details like Contact # and GooglePay, Bank Acc # on which you would like to get refund initiated and the same will be done within 3 days. However it may get stuck if you delay reaching to eKart hub, if the product has been delivered to you, you have paid to eKart and eKart paid the money to the Fake Seller then you will only have 1 option left POLICE COMPLAIN. But if you reach on time, they will address your issue diligently. Fortunately I am in Bangalore and I found the very good supportive staff who processed my request getting the amount refund (2k). Thanks Puneeth and Raj a load.
