I had to courier medicines urgently to Agra and it was delivered on time. I was told by the customer agent earlier that I had to get the original prescription but I went there the lady understood the problem that during COVID times people are avoiding hospitals and took the medicines with a declaration form signed from me. It was expensive but worth it as it was delivered in a day.

One of the biggest delivery service India. Opposite gangotri hospital, BTM layout. They are delivering the package on time. Recently my company orders are executing by them. Some time the customer care number is not working properly. That's I'm not giving full star .

Very bad service. They are not deserving to get a star. The delivery guys are rude and very unresponsive. Never tries to reach the location. They never call before coming and then they say your door was closed instead the door was open all time. The customer care number never works. I think they should move out of this business. People please use other delivery services.
