I should have given zero .. if it's available. Such a pathetic delivery executives work under this hub. They act like they are going to come for sure.. but they don't. If you question them. They'll take revenge on you on call. by updating no response from customers and they cancel the delivery attempt . Mark my words. Customers time and trust miss using is not a good thing. Hoping soon their higher authority will teach a life long lesson to such pathetic & low level executives

ITPL hub is the worst Ekart hub in Bengaluru i believe...orders are reaching at hub but not getting delivered for 5-10 days also.I ordered a helmet,first while ordering they showed 2 days delivery,it reached itpl hub in 2 days only but its been 5 days now,it has not even been put for out for delivery..i am staying just 3 kms from the hub,still this is situation....i think consumers having been giving complaint against this hub since 2019 but no action is being taken...i request everyone who is reading this review,lets stand together and lets complaint about these people in such a way that either they close the hub or they improve the service... Absolutely pathetic and disgusting experience...

These guys are not delivering the product, I’ve ordered 3 times and all 3 orders they’ve cancelled without even calling me. I raised complaint with flipkart and they said customer has rejected the order. These people are not delivering the product.

Delivery was not done on the expected day due to miscommunication. Then I got sms that delivery will be done next day. After that, no response. So we had to go here to this hub and when we reached, they gave all the nonsense excuses. We got the product. But this was a terrible experience.
