i have ordered an mobile from flipkart in exchange offer but the technician who came to check the old phone was not accepting the old phone which was completely working and asking to pay 1700 and take the mobile or talk to manager , when i came to office manager was asking me to talk to technician and technician was sending me to manager, they were not ready to solve my issue.
