Worst worst! They gave tracking and phone number saying it's out of delivery but the delivery person didn't pick my call. Their call was on waiting when I call again, inspite of that they didn't call me or deliver my parcel. I waited till 9 pm and call them as was sent in message, still then no response or call came from their end. Later on, the tracking website started showing that "the customer didn't respond the call" and "delivery attempt failed" what the heck. Worst customer service ever. I'm gonna take this till the end and register complain to the app for using their logistic and their official website. I want to give .0 star only.

Worst service around. Office doesn't care to even call us up of they don't know the location. The desk manager is one hell of a person to talk to . Just the worst service.

Worst delivery service I've ever come across. Not worth the one ⭐.... Rated it so that I could share my bad experiences with Ekart. Never delivers at doorstep, cancels order at their own will and to top the list, this people even show our orders as delivered without actually delivering it. Couldn't find contact details of ekart Dimapur. So I had to contact flipkart customer service numerous times to get my refund. 👎👎👎

My products are showing DELIVERED where as I still haven't received the products (2). It's over 10 days and even The delivery person is not even helpful,instead they are giving me a reply back. If I can give you a minus point I would have given your logistics team a -100 . This is the worst logistics I have ever come across. Please have some dignity with your work and pay respect to your customer.

Poor service ekart dimapur the delivery agent don't deliver the product lazy cow people and in app it's show delivery faild,reattempt delivery failed how we will take the product if they don't call us myntra and all online shopping app are doing well but the ekart dimapur need to be work very hard and the blame goes to myntra .

Very bad service the delivery boys are very aggressive and not professional at all .Please try to make the service a bit professional .And we opt for home delivery since we are busy ,and home delivery means they have to come deliver the orders at our doorstep and not order us to come at their desired place .I hope you guys will look up to this matter seriously .Very much disappointment with the delivery guy too .And on top of that they even shouted at us ,which is so unprofessional thing to do to their customer. Please shut it down if you guys cannot give good service to the people .My first order was cancelled without any prior notice.Worst of the worst .And there is no proper customer service for E-Kart .Doesn't even deserve one star 😔😔

Ekart doesn't serve as a delivery agent. every customers has to pick their product from their store or from the location they prefer. Ekart has bought a huge loss to flipkart. Many customers have lost hope in ekart. Ekart deserve a total shut down instead of troubling all the customers. Doesn't even deserve one star.
