AWB No: 14385821450104. I am sorry to say but your customer service and delivery process is pathetic. The driver never called me or visited me and since 5/5/2022 the status is same. He did not even attempt another delivery. I think your staff needs restructuring and proper training. The customer service never answers calls nether reply to the email inquiries. Shame on your process.

the worst courier services providing company. when delivering the courier, the delivery boy took mobile and giving rating himself. and after reaching Destination they took 2 days for product delivery and me took initiation and calling again again taking delivery.
