The service is very bad. Other delivery partners come to my gate and deliver because the road is accessible by bike and car except blue dart courier. Everytime they give excuses. only with blue dart this issue is there. I have classes and cannot spend time to come to main road to receive my parcel. please fix this issue.

Worst courier service because of this branch in coonoor near mountain press blue dart is getting bad name.I am a regular customer of Amazon and all courier's come in blue dart and it's a very late shipping,the tracking is also showing wrong place, after arriving here we've already informed that don't take it for delivery just keep it we will come and collect inspite of saying the delivery man still took it ASHAMED OF BLUE DART COURIER!!!!

there's no response at all if i call them....they also tell they are taking goods any more from amazon....how is it possible...?....don't trust these couriers..... this blue dart has a negative look from many people
