A very classic case of a flaw in thier system . 1. I run a home stay and a guests trouser was left at Jaipur while the guest travelled to goa. 2.on Friday I gave urgent delivery instruction , paid Rs 800 plus ..they promised they will gaurantee delivery on Monday. That means on 4th day from my booking . 3 . The delivery failed and was delivered on Tuesday I.e. 5th day from booking URGENT Jaipur to goa hotel . The guest had travelled ahead the whole effort went waste. ON ENQUIRY AS TO WHY THIS HAPPEND They put the onus on us that the pin code mentioned was wrong . I had found pin code on Lind via Google. SO thier entire system has no mechanism that if the customer mentions a pincode ....which he tries to find to best of his capability ... no way of checking it by bluedart counter staff OR bluedart system . They will take your money and send it ...THE DELAY IS BLAMED ON COSTUMOUR is based on one weak point .. NO SIGN BOARD IN BOOKING OFFICE that it js responsibility of customer to check pin code correctness. The shipment will be delayed . Is it not thier job to inform customer of this one issue which completely destroy timely delivery
