Not even worth zero star. There is no customer support. There contact number and email doesn't works. I have been trying to find my package info for multiple days, No Idea where it is. There delivery guys don't respond or they switch off there phones. Sometimes there delivery guys will mark delivery as "Refused by Customer" without even trying to deliver. Lost my package multiple times with there service.

My package would show out for delivery every morning and evening they will mark it as " customer wants future delivery", this went on for 3 weeks straight and after that they marked it as customer refused the delivery and sent it back to the seller, meanwhile I was running here and there trying to figure any information about the delivery guys or Xpressbee office. Garbage service. If you want to loose your important shipments, use there services. No support, no contact details of the delivery person. Plus the Google location of there office is also incorrect, there is no Xpressbee logistics office in that location, The Google map image visible above is a bakery. Customer support is useless, they don't have any information regarding your shipment, they will read the same exact script without fail. I have never been more frustrated in my life with a service. Help yourself, save time and your head and don't ever use there service, even by mistake.

The worst services i saw in my life no proper response about my delivery details frm past 1 week I'm not getting delivered but already i got message that i got delivered wat nonsense service is you people giving to customer. Sometimes there delivery guys will mark delivery as "Refused by Customer" without even trying to deliver. Most of my package got lost multiple times with there services.

Item recd at bengaluru on 15th Oct 22 got msg that out for delivery but not recd Night 11pm got msg that I pot for later delivery. No body contacted me.Today 17th still waiting to receive the consignment prepaid.contact not possible phone not connecting to cust executive very bad experience.

Very bad service. Delivery person doesn't even try to connect over the call and also doesn't even call on the alternative number. I have been following up and also when I track the order it says customer validation failure on what terms are they saying these when they don't even try to connect and call doesn't even gets connected. Very worst service.
