Bluedart Noida Sector 16 has very irresponsible staff. My courier lied there for a week and they didn't bother to drop it to my address. When I have sent someone to pick it up, they denied to handover the parcel and asked for the owner presence once. Even if we've shared my ID proof. Very bad experience. Worst Service

The courier was supposed to be delivered on 11th July and the delivery agent did not even call before attempting to delivery The courier contains credit cards and I am worried about its misuse. I was told to customer care support, please call once before coming to my place. on 13th July The delivery agent again try to deliver but not called once. I got the msg at 2.02 pm: secure code for delivery valid for the next 30 minutes. I was waiting for his call, but still waiting. earlier service of blue dart, they always called before coming, Day-by-day services are horrible, not expected services like this from like blue dart company. Not even mention anywhere sector 16 Noida office Contact number.

They didn't deliver my HDFC card. They have falsely updated the status of courier in their websites that my address was incorrect but my address is completely correct. After multiple calls they didn't deliver and didn't call u once.

Worst Service, They cant deliver a small package even after 4 days of receipt. Filled with incompetent & uneducated staff. Never ever use Bluedart.

Worst courier service ever.. today i was about to receive my some important bank documents and they didn't do any call.. now they are saying you were not available we are sending it back to the bank.. they are so rude... i had to visit their office because all contact no.s of them are not valid.... Please not down the address sector 16 Noida bluedart courier limited....
