Pathetic and poor services by Blue Dart. There is no way to contact the local office. Going by reviews and comments its obvious that I am not the only one who is facing similar problems. The delivery boys always search for escape routes to avoid delivery and their excuse is very common, "incomplete address or Incorrect address" . A .) Lets assume the address is incorrect why can't they contact the customer for clarification B ) If it's indeed incorrect then how is it possible that they deliver after a few days automatically. Same problem faced with several customers.

On enquiry of parcel Mr.Deepak from Delhi office told that parcel is pending and Rs.5/- need to be paid through the link sent.I offered that any amount of money will be paid on delivery but he insisted Rs five through link. Not sure but I feel sending of just Rs.5/- through link would have been cyber fraud.

I swear this is the only bluedart service near Jalandhar that is worth visiting! Each and Every single Employee goes above and beyond to make sure that you're being looked at and served up right! I am in owe of how well versed the whole staff is and how great the customer service is over here! I really recommend this location! I assure you! One would be taken care off very well! I didnt mind going extra miles off jalandhar to get my stuff done from over here! Koodos to the Management!

Hopeless irresponsible behaviour, I am not able to contact and call them, I am in urgent need of my diwali parcel. Only a miss call is given so that they don't have to do extra work, and most irritating is the reason given for delivery failure is lack of cash/ funds of order at the time of delivery. Highly disappointed... Helpless I am, because I have 2-3 parcels which will be delivered by blue dart. Online number is not working.... Don't know what to do ....

Whop whop !!!! So called hub for Jalandhar having worst service. I have couple of orders to delivery at my place, without coming they will simply write landmark missing or assignee is not at place. Holy Moly did anyone visited ??? Customer contact number is there, you could call beforehand or later to confirm details. Even local Indian postal or other DTDC can easily locate the address, don't know which planet you went to search for address. Please please improve service don't just spoil such a big brand value.
