When I called customer service I didn't know who picked up the phone! That's why.. to all myrs out there.. Is it not for customer inquiries? Then he hangs up and leaves. It is enough to say that he is the one who hired him..! Nowhere else have you seen such a good Munchiya ekart franchise! We buy the goods by paying cash.. we give you all the charges included in it.. we make the purchase..! But not to take anything from your house! The most pathetic service i have ever received from a courier service. I ordered a product from Flipkart or Oct which was supposed to be delivered on Oct 8th. It is Oct 14th and they still got no idea where my order is. Even though in Site it is showing nearby hub. I went to my hub thrice. Non responsive staff. Chit chatting with each other. 2 people tool my number and said will call the same day. No response. Had to go there and ask them firmly for them to atleast start looking.

Worst. irresponsible people, my order was there for more than 5 days. these irresponsible people did not deliver the product where as they tried to escape by displacing their willful negligence by saying the delivery pin code was wrong. But infact it was my 6th order of this month, I was totally disappointed so u can understand the blatant act of negligence by this unprofessional and irresponsible people. Immediately After cancellation of the product I visited the hub directly and asked them y they did not deliver the product for five days....? The ans was.. I don't know...!!! Idiots #@&*~.

Everyone is just lazy there. Won't even deliver anything on time. I had to wait 3 days extra after the promised date. All it was lying there at the hub. They just needed to deliver it to my home which was hardly under 5kms from the hub. Even after waiting for 3 days I had to go there myself and collect the goods. Pathetic place and service.

Guys, if you product is courier via Ekart, please cancel the product at that time itself. Ekart is not a professional service and they will return the product without informing us. I lost my product worth 52000/-. They didn't even contacted me before cancellation. I called their manager Lin** and he responded like he doesn't have any responsibility and hung the phone without telling anything. My product came at the Ekart near to Kadavantra. Their reason was containment zone, whereas other services were able to still deliver. Even Zomata and Swiggy worked. പണി നിർത്തി പോ മൈ.. ഡിയർ ബ്രെണ്ടേ.
