Recived a call from this courier team , it suppose to deliver at home . One arrogant lady called and shouting at me to visit the branch and collect else she won't care it seems . Never seen a such a arrogant behaviour from any of the courier team in Kerala itself . If they had any personal issues its not suppose to show to the customer. I had requested to my bank that never ever send any of my courier through blue dart . Such a pathetic customer service.

Worst experience from them. They are not trying to deliver all the packages. 1 time I went there and collect my package. 2nd time I complained to their head office so they deliver me the goods next day. I think they don't have enough deliver boys there to deliver the packages.
