Worst service ever I have experienced. They literally don’t deliver you the stuff and instead they will call and ask to collect it from their store. I have always paid for the door delivery and they always asked me to the pick up. And the arrogant lady who handle the calls there is way too moody and she literally shout while ask her to deliver the stuff as I have paid for it. For god sake don’t choose this silly unprofessional courier service.

Worst delivery experience & rude customer service award should go to this particular branch. The branch head (lady) is extremely rude to customers. They'd put wrong status like out for delivery and mark it as delivery attempted and return the product. They have no shame in repeating the same mistake even after making multiple complaints to customer care. Finally, I had to email the Sonia Nair (All India Head - Customer Service), but still their service was absolutely horrible. I request all of you to please do not go to their branch to collect the package as it is their responsibility to deliver the package. If you face any issue then email their Head customer service(look into blue dart website to get their email address) instead of customer support and let them know how pathetic service this particular branch is providing. So, that maybe the management will take appropriate action against this branch if more people would report how horrible service they're providing.

These people never do home delivery. They just called and informed when the parcel arrived, and asked us to go and pick it up ourselves. After this, they updated the status of the delivery on their portal as, 'consignee not available to accept delivery' (which is an absolute lie). Finally, when we went to pickup the parcel ourselves, we enquired the reason for not delivering home. Their behavior, attitude and responses were all highly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. Please avoid using Bluedart for couriers to Thalassery. Their service i Thalassery is aggravating and pathetic.

Good courier service, if they don't have door delivery In thalassery, atleast they will call and tell us to self pickup. But some other courier service, sometimes, simply they will return the product , without any delivery attempt. Why I am telling is , I am a seller. If this bluedart in thalassery, have home delivery . It will be very good. That's why I m giving 4 star ⭐

The worst fraudulent courier service in thalassery . If any package is through blue dart it's better you cancel the order. The female staffs are unprofessional they pick the call and don't respond. They take the ordered goods and send a message stating that the order is delivered. I have raised a complaint against them hope this helps.

Worst experience I ever had with courier service. The man who called me from the office was very rude and arrogant. My office is very close by and was telling me their address right away to go and collect my parcel myself. When I asked him why couldn't they deliver in the address given he said they get address only from post office mockingly . If i want it urgently I should go and pick and kept the phone abruptly. I called him back and asked him to make it clear if he could deliver or not. He said not today already their delivery boy has left for today. I told him why can't he say that in a polite way. He kept the phone again before i completed my sentence . Why the hell does these people do this business if they can't handle it in a professional way. He sounded as if 'Blue dart' is owned by his appappan.. or Grandfather. Feeling disgusted.😠

Yesterday, they have intimated that the parcel could not be delivered due to address problem,nobody rung up.. today also no intimation of the parcel..Their number is also not reachable.. Absolutely poor standard expected from a international company of repute.. I don't know how these people survive with such poor standard of customer service...Planning to take up the case further.. 2days to travel 500 Kms and four days to deliver within 1 Km..Received the package after a week

When i went there they were saying i have informed them that i will be collecting from them at their store which was false. Very irresponsible personals, I found my item received by Thalassery Blue dart on 21 March while tracking , I got no response from bluedart Thalassery till 23rd March , I went there on 23rd March, they said the item is there and they tried to contact me but was not able to contact, even if I know it's a lie I was ready to wait for my item. Then I was made to wait for an hour, for them to search and finally said they are unable to find the item, very pathetic and unprofessional act by bluedart Thalassery.

Few months back we went there for sending a parcel, we had a horrible experience..Last month when we came there, it was totally perfect service. Looking at the past reviews, the service issue was with the old franchisee. Now that the franchisee has changed, the service has been drastically improved.
