Without calling or bothering to deliver properly, they changed the tracking status to improper address status. Next day had to go there in person to ask about parcel where I was told it was my fault for giving wrong address. I had to explain my address was correct and even my showed my call logs to show that they hadn't called. After this I got parcel.

Customer service is really great. Service time is more but all details related to any possible details for domestic and international are highlighted in advance. I had a delicate showpiece item to be shipped where they personally helped in packaging 📦 even though they generally don't offer such services. Overall it has been a good experience for outbound courier. For inbound couriers from other shipping agents, they never agree to come to your place for some areas even if close to national highways. It was a painful experience to visit their site twice during such cases to personally collect delivery rather than sit at home and collect the delivery. especially when it's related to banking documents like cards..

They were very helpful, understanding and efficient. I needed a parcel urgently and was sent it on priority basis, even though transit would've taken longer on request they sent it in approximately 1 and a half days. This was a different state - to - state delivery. I am very grateful to Blue Dart for there fast, efficient, cooperative service. They are one of the best courier services in India. Moreover, there customer care was also very helpful and understanding. They did everything they could to ensure my parcel reached me on time, intact before time. They gave me updates at every point of the way when I needed it and answered all my queries with the most patience. I would highly recommend Blue Dart. Thankyou for helping me out!

The shipment says customer requested for future delivery date, but the fact is they never called me nor I have ever requested future delivery. This has been the case most of the time, that shipment never gets delivered on time. When I call their customer care central line, they assure you I will call the local associate to contact you immediately and again local agent never calls. Pathetic service.

Worst delivery service provider u can find in Udupi/Manipal. They notify us that the order is out for delivery but they never call you. The delivery guy wont even pick up the call. Blue Dart is a *SCAM* delivery agency. They make false delivery attempts and say delivery address is not proper/call not picked up and then they want you to pick up your package from their warehouse. The REAL THING here is that they don't even try to deliver the package, they just show attempted delivery so that the Online Retailers wont question them. They save fuel cost and driver charges like this. What is the point of paying Home/Office delivery charge when you have to get the package frm their warehouse at your own expense?

If u r in any local area u will get it after 4 days from manipal.... Worst service ever... Dtdc is way better... Never opt bluedart dhl for domestic service....

Pathetic service They call from Spam numbers (Truecaller). If u miss to attend their delivery guy's call first time (usually call disconnects after couple of rings), they will never call back again and never deliver, they keep it in their warehouse. Happened several times with me in Mumbai and Udupi . Not sure if it's just me

Excellent customer care. They called me and informed me about the delivery of the courier. Also they have pickup from home if we call and inform about the courier, in case we have regular overseas delivery. The brand itself talks the reputation so need not have a second thought. Overall I am happy with the service they provide although it is costing.
