My parcel delivery address was right but delivery boy MAHENDRA took it to wrong place. I clearly mentioned my address as ALKAPURI and pin code of ALKAPURI. Even i talk with delivery person he told me he will deliver my parcel to my location. But he write Wrong address and cancel my delivery didn't deliver my parcel. Now his not picking call. Even BULE DART not providing proper contact number to reach customer care or any store. Worst experience.

Third class service. Delivery boy didn't try to contact when we are away from home. Not only that, you can access customer care only after trying many times. There is no local contact no. whom you can contact. Even after talking to customer care, there is no sureity of delivery and satisfactory answer. They are not ready to give you contact no. of local blue dart office as if they are working under secret services. Worst service after charging you premium rate. I had to give one star because there is no zero star option available.

If you are student going to take your passport sent by VFS just take agency stamp if you applied from consultant. It will be easy for you. They cannot give you passport without stamp or receipt.
