Blue Dart needs to rigorously train all its staff for basic etiquette and public speaking skills. In last 15 years whenever I got a delivery through Blue Dart it has been a painful experience. I wonder how such a company is able to survive with such a lazy staff whose only intention is to torture it's customer and not to deliver.

Worst service ever. They will not deliver the product and they will mention it as our mistake wherein we failed to collect the delivery. And when we ask them, shows attitude and behaves rude, especially the guy Saurabh at the counter.

They didn't deliver the courier from a bank to me and reported that the address is incorrect. I called customer care for 3 days and they assured that it will be delivered next day, but never delivered. They returned the courier to bank. Bank blocked the account. I had to work with the bank for over 3 weeks to unblock my account. Horrible Bluedart!

Trully very bad service delivery person is not official.. And having attitutdful behave.. My SBI CREDIT CARD delivery date has yesterday.. Location is mentioned with delivery adress in Chandannagar pune.. My all details are matched.. with tracking I'd.. my company I'd.. my adhar and pan card.. Still delivery person had asking for Plat number.. I was said it's my office adress.. still he asking for flat number.. why..?????? He person has manners.. And saying I will sending your parcel return.. It's not good.. I have very bad experience with this delivery partner.. Bad bad bad bad bad service..
