Very pathetic service with employees who don't have knowledge how to speak to customers. That lady on phone talks as if she is doing some favour on us. They delay the delivery and update in the website that customers were not available to receive the courier. They never receive the phone call. Very bad mark for a courier service like Blue dart.

This is by far the worst place I've been to. The staff needs to learn ways of interacting with customers because they definitely don't know basic communication skills. Extremely impolite woman at the counter. Would never recommend anyone to use their postal services. The place is shut way before the actual time which is 7 pm and they refuse to acknowledge you even if u are there at 6:30 pm

If i could just rate in negative. The worst service and delivery boys ever. The delivery service in belgaum is pathetic. I have never received my parcels on time. The delivery boys say that they do not come to the given address and in a very rude manner . They do not deliver at my home with a reason about my pet dogs and they cannot come to my workplace it seems. I have to personally go and get my parcels. What is the point of having a courier service I have to walk all the way to get my parcels?

Useless service. Please teach your delivery person to reach the address or ask someone if he is not able to find it, just if someone doesn't pick the call doesn't mean that the address is not reachable. I called your delivery person and he told me that he was in another area and will deliver it by 4pm. Calling at 4:30pm he said he is coming to deliver the parcel. Now it's 8:36 pm 😡
