I have had the same experience with Blue Dart Nandurbar branch as many others who have posted their reviews. I was not contacted for delivery of my order and I got the same message as others that delivery could not be done as customer not available. Pathetic service and I'll raise this issue with Blue Dart head office also so that no other persons get affected like others already did.

They not even call us before delivery. And put sometimes parcel on hold. And we all know that if they are not delivering parcel automatically that particular company return order. It's waste of time it's waste of money as it takes time for refund if we have made payment through online platform. At least put contact number.

Worst , Very Worst service, they don't even try to contact for delivery directly put remark that the address is not correct. We can't find any contact number of them on internet or anywhere. Simply putting remark is worst thing. Higher authorities should look into the matter.

The worst Courier service in nandurbar...you people should have some shame...uncooperative rude staff....poor delivery....they cant find address in such a small city.... moreover they wont even call you to ask any landmark details. They will just return the parcel back to the company. Lazy people....i hope you guys go out of business you dont deserve jobs.

Worst and fake services....they don't even try to reach you, nor your place... They'll just put remark that the premises are closed and thats all .. won't call you and won't provide a number either , so no option of you calling them regarding the delivery....why are they even operating? Post office can deliver the parcel to me but they can't....how inefficient can a service be? Bluedart is a living example of inefficiency. Update: the mal says open now but i personally went and verified that its closed at 1 pm today on 31st July 2019.

It took 3 days for package to come from nasik to nandurbar. The package was received at blue dart office, they put a comment saying insufficient address. Address was very well specified with phone number. All other people deliver with that address! But blue dart doesnt. They did not even try calling the phone number given!

Worst experience i have with bluedart. They even not call before deliver and send message that address is unavailable. After that they call you for pickup from their office. Office staff is also not good...and even their phone no is not mention on that...
